Often in our spiritual journey we desire and proclaim, to ourselves and others, we’re ready for healing, we want renewal, yet we often find ourselves unable to weave or enter the cocoon of transformation. We might find ourselves held back by fear of the unknown, of what it might cost us; who or what we might leave behind. Or maybe we’re just not willing to stop the scrolling, other distraction, or put in the energy and effort. Maybe we try, then lose momentum in three days?
