Join us at Unity on Sundays from 6:00 – 7:15 PM. No prior experience is needed – come as you are. Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, a pillow, and an eye cover.

1st and 3rd Sundays with Lisa swisher. A deeply restorative experience that weaves the transformative power of breath work with the healing vibrations of a sound bath — a sacred space to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the Divine Presence within.
We’ll begin with guided breath work to clear mental clutter and open space for renewal. As the breath settles, you’ll be invited to relax fully into a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments. Many participants leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply restored.
2nd and 4th Sundays with Shriman Ji. A deeply restorative, sacred space to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the Divine Presence within.
Settle in and let the healing vibrations wash over you. Shriman Ji weaves a rich tapestry of sound using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments, inviting body and mind into deep stillness. Many participants leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply restored.
5th Sundays with Amandine LeRoux. An evening of sacred sound and intuitive healing. A gifted intuitive, creative, and musician with a truly stunning voice, Amandine weaves her many gifts into an offering that is as artful as it is deeply healing — a true blessing to share this experience with her.
Step into the sacred vibration of sound, carefully woven to soothe the spirit and open the heart. Guided by Amandine’s intuitive presence and the beauty of her voice, you’ll be invited to breathe, release, and let the Divine current of sound carry you home to yourself.
