Vision Your Vision Board Playshop

Friday, January 9th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM

It’s that time of the new year to envision your visions. Vision Boards are a creative and potent way to bring goals and intentions to life. Unity member Donna B! facilitates these playshops in a unique and playful way that encourages you to take a deep dive into manifestation. Please register ealry so Donna knows what supplies to bring. Cost is $37 with scholarships available by contacting Donna.

Step into balance and well-being with Shriman’s Yoga Classes. Rooted in traditional yoga, each session gently weaves together movement, breath, mantra, meditation, and philosophy.

These classes support the whole you—body, mind, heart, and spirit—offering a space to build strength, find clarity, and reconnect with your natural sense of wholeness.

Sacred Sound-Bath

Sunday from 6:00 to 7:15 PM

This week will be hosted by Shriman. In this sound bath journey, you’ll immerse yourself in an organic symphony of vibrations, carefully crafted to elevate your spirit and align your being. Please arrive a little early to sign in, get settled and enjoy our live musicians. Wear comfy clothing, bring a thick yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, blanket & eye pillow (if needed), and a desire to be uplifted and transported through sacred sound! Cost $15 – $25.

Let’s Get Metaphysical Discussion Group

Tuesdays from 10:30 AM to Noon

Please join us to go deeper into our ‘communal knowing’ while bonding with like-minded seekers and finders. Last meeting the group discussed ‘Living with Flexibility, the 22nd Verse of the Tao Te Ching’ from Wayne’s book.  With Jim and Joanne Pasmore out of town, this group will be led by Jennie and Erik. Member Appreciation

Today we’d love to take a moment for volunteer appreciation and recognize Kevin Kubota.

Kevin does far more than just “the AV.” He’s the steady presence behind the desk, making sure we’re broadcast where we need to be, helping with the small things, the big things, and all the moments in between that most people never see—but absolutely feel.

We are deeply grateful for the care, consistency, and generosity he brings week after week. Thank you, Kevin, for everything you do. We truly appreciate you and look forward to continuing this journey together as we move into 2026.
